Competitors from all styles of martial arts are welcome to participate! The first seminar (5:00-6:30pm) will be focused on Ten-No-Kata, an introductory form perfect for practicing the fundamental movements of this weapon. Afterwards, Abby will share with us the more advanced form Futen-No-Kata (7-8:30pm), which displays dynamic and exciting movements. Please contact the Yakima School of Karate (509-457-5462) if you are interested in ordering an oar prior to the event. $30 for one seminar, $50 for both. We will sea you there!
